I bring a unique perspective to my clients--seeing a home through the eyes of a former Home Inspector and Carpenter.

I spent seven years inspecting homes for buyers and sellers in the Greater Seattle area, from Everett to Tacoma to Snoqualmie to Magnolia. I loved helping my clients understand the systems in a home and put together a picture of what repairs or replacements were needed.

Prior to that, I spent almost 10 years as a carpenter for a respected residential design/build firms in Seattle. 

Since 2005, my wife and I have lived in Southeast Seattle and we feel fortunate to have a warm, inviting place in which to live and raise our three kids. I am someone who truly values and appreciates my own home and I also know how much my personal well-being is affected by the space around me.
