Being a Seabrook Homeowner

Words from the Seller
Being a Seabrook owner has given our family countless memories and traditions that we will cherish forever. Some of our favorite moments have been simple ones—sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee in the morning, soaking in the hot tub under the stars, or watching the Perseid meteor shower light up the night sky light pollution free! We’ve loved spending time at Koko’s, enjoying margaritas with an ocean view, and gathering with friends at The Stowaway Wine Bar for wine club evenings and karaoke nights. Seabrook has a way of making everyday moments feel special.

The beach lifestyle is what truly makes this place magical. We have spent many fall nights clamming and we have always looked forward each spring and early morning clam digs. One New Year’s Eve clam tide became one of our most memorable celebrations, combining two of our favorite Seabrook traditions into a perfect holiday experience.

Beyond the beautiful home and amenities, it is the sense of community that stands out most. We’ve met wonderful neighbors, made lasting friendships, and created years of memories that make Seabrook feel less like a vacation destination and more like a home.

What’s It Like to Be in the Rental Pool at Seabrook?
The rental program has been incredibly easy and professionally managed, making ownership stress-free while allowing us to share this special place with others. We have earned approximately $20,000 each year in rental income.

General Information About Seabrook

The town of Seabrook was founded in 2004 by Casey and Laura Roloff. Inspired by Seaside, Florida, Seabrook was built with a foundation of new urbanism design, seamlessly connecting the urban and natural environments on a scenic bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

A sustainable haven for full time residents, vacationers, and day trippers, this Washington coast town features more than 600 homes of all sizes in twelve micro-neighborhoods. Seabrook is home to more than 30 parks, the Town Hall event space, a full service grocery store, a boutique spa, a fitness center, hundreds of acres of mountain bike and hiking trails, a central amphitheater, sports and pickleball courts, an indoor and outdoor pool, fire pits, and miles of wide-open beach.

Just under three hours from Seattle and Portland, Seabrook also provides the perfect launch pad to visit Olympic National Park, Lake Quinault, and some of the most beautiful beaches on the Washington coast. Events are scheduled throughout the year, ranging from an outdoor summer concert series and oceanfront yoga sessions, to wine tastings, wellness classes, mid-winter, spring break, and fall festivals, and holiday celebrations. Seabrook’s concierge can assist guests with everything from in-home grocery and chef services, to specialized outings and experiences. Seabrook is an ideal place to call home, to vacation, or to visit for a coastal day-trip. Our new airport shuttle can transport guests from Sea-Tac airport to Seabrook, so you don’t even need to rent a car when you visit.

The leadership team continues to bring new urbanism to the coast, expanding the walkable town while also working to stay environmentally friendly and sustainable.

Yes, cars are welcome (how else are you going to get here?), but you’ll be happy to leave them stowed away in a carriage house or along one of our tree lined streets where on-street parking is actually encouraged to ensure safe streets for pedestrians and bicyclists.
